See Odoo set up for your business — not for a sample company.
Most software demos show a fictional company with perfect data. Ours starts from how your business actually works: your sales process, your stock, your invoices. You see what Odoo would change in your day-to-day operations, and then decide whether it is worth going further. The demo is free and without obligation.

Built around your processes, not a generic walkthrough.
A demo is only useful if you recognize your own business in it. That is what we prepare it for.
Your processes, not a sample company.
We set the demo up along how your business runs today — how orders come in, how stock moves, how invoices go out — so you see the steps your team would actually take in Odoo.
Only the modules you would start with.
Usually that means Sales & CRM, Inventory & Purchase, and Accounting — plus Manufacturing if you make or assemble products. It is not a tour of every app Odoo has.
Honest answers on fit.
If a requirement would need custom development, or Odoo is not the right tool for part of your business, we say so in the demo — not after a contract is signed.
Free and without obligation.
The demo costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It exists so you can judge Odoo on your own operations before you decide anything.
What helps us prepare your demo.
None of this is needed to get started — a few sentences in the form below are enough. The more we know beforehand, the closer the demo gets to your daily work.
- How you work today. Which tools and spreadsheets you use, and where information passes from one to the next.
- The processes that cost the most time. Two or three processes are enough; they become the core of the demo.
- Who would use the system. Roles, not names — sales, warehouse, accounting — so each of them sees the view they would work in.
- Example records, if you have them. A few products, a customer, a recent invoice. They make the demo look like your business instead of ours.
Anonymized or invented sample data works just as well as the real thing. We only ask for what the demo needs.
How the demo works, step by step.
Four steps, from your first message to a decision that is entirely yours.

We agree on what to show
In a short conversation we pick the processes for the demo and what, if anything, would help to prepare it. This is also where we check that a demo is the right next step for you.
The demo
We walk through your processes in Odoo, live, with room for your team’s questions — including the uncomfortable ones.
You decide what happens next
If Odoo fits, we outline what an implementation would involve for you: scope, phases, where to start. If it doesn’t, you still leave with a clearer picture of your operations.
Questions about the demo.
Is the demo really free?
Yes. There is no fee for the demo and no obligation to buy anything or to start an implementation afterwards.
Do we have to share our business data?
No. Real examples make the demo more useful, but anonymized or invented sample data works just as well. We only ask for what the demo needs.
Who from our side should take part?
Whoever will make the decision, and ideally one or two people who do the daily work. They know where the current process breaks, and they will spot fastest whether Odoo fixes it.
How is the demo different from an Operations Audit?
The demo shows how Odoo would handle your processes. An Operations Audit comes one step earlier: it looks at where your operations lose time and whether an ERP system is the right answer at all. If you are not yet sure that Odoo is the direction, start with the audit.
What happens after the demo?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If Odoo is a fit, the next step is an implementation that follows our phased methodology — audit and kick-off, configuration in short cycles, go-live, then ongoing optimization.
