Odoo ERP Solutions

Odoo is a single platform covering the core functions of a business — sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, CRM, manufacturing, and more — in one connected system. Instead of tracking stock in one file, invoices in another, and customer contacts in a third, your team works from one shared set of data that updates in real time. As an Odoo partner, ARCALIS implements the modules relevant to your business, configures them around your existing processes instead of forcing a generic setup, and stays involved after go-live to support and extend the system as your business changes.

Process Automation (n8n & Custom Integrations)

Not every process problem requires a full ERP rollout. If your systems already work but don’t communicate with each other — an order placed on your website doesn’t appear in your accounting software, or a lead has to be copied manually from an ad platform into a spreadsheet — automation closes that gap. ARCALIS builds automated workflows using n8n and custom development, connecting the tools you already use so data moves between them without manual re-entry.

Web Design & Development

ARCALIS also designs and builds business websites and online stores, either on Odoo’s website and eCommerce tools or independently, depending on what fits your setup. Scope is defined project by project.

What services does ARCALIS provide?

ARCALIS provides four services: Odoo ERP implementation, process automation using n8n and custom development, AI solutions such as custom chatbots and RAG systems, and web design and development.

Do I need Odoo before I can use automation or AI services?

No. Process automation and AI solutions can be implemented independently of Odoo, connecting to whatever systems you currently use. Odoo implementation is a separate service, not a prerequisite for the other three.

How is ARCALIS different from a general IT provider?

ARCALIS focuses specifically on business operations — ERP, process automation, and AI — rather than general IT services. Our team has practical experience using these systems as operators and managers, not only as external implementers, which shapes how projects are scoped and delivered.
